TFN Water Technologies chemical treatment systems come in a range of sizes, starting from 500-gallon batches up to 10,000-gallon batch systems, or continuous flow systems ranging from 5 to 500 GPM.

TFN’s Conventional treatment systems are
designed for discharge permit compliance for complex or variable waste streams. These systems are precisely controlled to prevent production downtime and are available in a variety of configurations to fit your requirements or space constraints.

The TFN Batch Treatment System is a semi-automatic, packaged solution specifically engineered to perform batch chemical precipitation operations. This system is designed to automatically adjust the pH, ensuring that optimal treatment conditions are consistently maintained. Depending on the configuration and the requirements of the treatment chemistry, additional treatment chemicals can be introduced either automatically or manually, allowing for operational flexibility.
The systems are available in either a single tank or dual tank configuration, providing options to suit various operational needs.

Acid waste neutralization systems treat hazardous acidic or alkaline industrial wastewater, adjusting the pH to a safe, compliant range (typically 6–9) before discharge. These systems use automated chemical dosing (such as sodium hydroxide) or neutralization media (like limestone) in batch or continuous flow configurations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
